At VBC we strive to be “fellow-helpers to the truth.” (3 John 8)  We believe that the only real answer for our world, our nation and our community is the truth found in the God's Word, the Bible-- the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our church has a number of different ministries, all targeted toward the goal of sharing the truth and strengthening the entire family.

Sunday School

At VBC, Sunday School for all ages is exciting and challenging! Every Sunday morning at 10:00 A.M., with nursery provided.

We desire to assist parents in training their children “in the way [they] should go.” (Proverbs 22:6) In all of our classes young people are taught, by loving and dedicated teachers, important truths from the Word of God on their own age level.

Not only is children's ministry very important, but it is also alot of fun!

Music

We believe that music plays a very important role in the life of a believer and in the ministry of the church. Opportunities in music ministry abound at VBC. We take a strong stand against the modern contemporary music movement (CCM) and strive to provide good, exciting, ministering, conservative music that edifies the believer and brings glory to a holy, righteous God. We believe that simply taking a true look at God in the pages of Scripture answers many questions about music. It is our desire to provide music that is “for His good pleasure” (Philippians 2:13) and not only our own.
