Pastor Frank Hall has faithfully served the Lord at Valley Baptist Church (formerly known as Barterbrook Road Baptist Church) for over 21 years. He preaches the Word of God in a clear and practical way that brings glory to the Savior, edifies the believer, and evangelizes the lost. He attended Piedmont Baptist College and graduated in 1974 from Lynchburg Baptist College.

Pastor Hall and his wife Judy have five children and six grandchildren.

Steve, the eldest son of Pastor Hall, has had the privilege of serving at VBC as Assistant Pastor since 2000. Steve oversees many areas of the church ministry including a vibrant music program. He is a graduate of Pensacola Christian College where he majored in music and Bible.

Steve and his wife Jennifer have four children.
